WhatsApp reply bots
An AI assistant on your WhatsApp number that answers common questions, remembers each conversation, and hands off to a human when it should. Works in private chats and in groups with an @agent trigger, so it never spams.
Your customers already message you on WhatsApp. I build the automation behind that number: instant replies, order and booking updates, leads pushed into a sheet or CRM, and alerts to your team, all running on n8n. You get a working system and know exactly what it costs each month, not a SaaS subscription that grows every quarter.
An AI assistant on your WhatsApp number that answers common questions, remembers each conversation, and hands off to a human when it should. Works in private chats and in groups with an @agent trigger, so it never spams.
Confirmations, reminders and status messages sent automatically from your store, booking tool or spreadsheet, using free utility messages where Meta's pricing allows it.
Every enquiry from WhatsApp, your website form or ads lands in Google Sheets or your CRM, gets tagged, and gets a follow-up message on time.
The repetitive work around WhatsApp: daily reports, invoice reminders, Telegram or email alerts when something fails. Self-hosted n8n with no per-task fees.
Builder & operator · Running since June 2026
Fixed-scope packages with prices from ₹15,000. After a free call you get a fixed written quote for your exact setup, so the price doesn't creep up mid-project. Prices are in INR, taxes extra if applicable. Outside India? Same packages, quoted in USD.
from ₹15,000
one-time · about 1 week
For a business that misses enquiries because nobody replies fast enough.
from ₹40,000
one-time · about 2–3 weeks
For a business that wants WhatsApp to handle routine conversations and updates on its own.
from ₹75,000
quoted after the call
For higher message volumes, several workflows, or a move to the official Meta API.
These go to your own accounts, not to me, so you own the system and can see every rupee. A typical self-hosted small-business setup runs about ₹1,200 a month before any message fees.

You tell me what you answer, send or copy-paste by hand every day. I tell you what is worth automating, and what isn't.
Scope, price, timeline and running costs in writing, so you know the total before anything is built.
Server, WhatsApp number and n8n all sit in accounts you own. You see a working demo before handover.
A walkthrough, a short how-to doc, backups switched on, and fixes for anything that breaks in the first 30 days. The care plan is optional after that.
These are the problems that came up on real projects, and the ones I plan for before writing code.
Official Meta Cloud API, a BSP like WATI or Interakt, or a self-hosted gateway like OpenWA or Evolution API. Each has different costs and ban risk, and I pick based on your message volume, not on what I like to build.
Opt-in, sensible send rates, and templates for anything promotional. Bulk marketing blasts go on the official API, never on an unofficial gateway.
Trigger words, per-chat memory and a fallback to a human, so the bot never replies to itself, loops in a group, or argues with an angry customer.
Backups of the WhatsApp session and n8n data, failure alerts, and a short handover doc, so you are not dependent on me to keep it running.
The best fit is a small business that already gets enquiries on WhatsApp (clinics, coaching institutes, D2C stores, agencies, service businesses) and is losing time or leads to manual replies and copy-pasting into sheets.
If you want to send bulk promotional messages to bought contact lists, I won't build that: it gets numbers banned and breaks WhatsApp's rules. Same if you only need a one-off WhatsApp link button, which you can make for free with my click-to-chat tool.
With me, a basic auto-reply and lead capture setup starts at ₹15,000 one-time, and an AI bot with order updates and tool connections starts at ₹40,000. Running costs are separate and paid to your own accounts: about ₹1,200 a month for a self-hosted server, plus Meta's per-message fees only if you use the official API.
Not always. If you mostly reply to customers who message you first, a self-hosted setup is cheaper. If you send offers, broadcasts or high volumes, use the official API, because unofficial gateways risk getting the number banned for bulk sending. I recommend one based on your volume during the call.
Not from what I build: no bulk messaging to people who haven't opted in, sensible send rates, and promotional messages only through the official API with approved templates. Most bans come from blasting bought contact lists, which I don't do.
Yes on the self-hosted route: the bot runs on a linked device, so you and your team still see and reply to chats on the phone. On the official API your team usually replies from a shared inbox, though Meta's coexistence option can keep the WhatsApp Business app working on the same number. I check which applies to you on the call.
Those are good if you only need a WhatsApp inbox and broadcasts. n8n connects WhatsApp to everything else (Sheets, CRM, payments, your store) with no per-workflow or per-seat subscription, and you own it. If a BSP fits you better, I'll say so on the call.
Fixes in the first 30 days are included in Business and Custom. After that you can take the optional care plan, or call me in when you need something. Backups and failure alerts mean you hear about problems before your customers do.
Half when we agree the fixed quote, half after you have seen the working system and we hand it over.
