Answers questions around the clock
An AI that knows your services, fees, timings, doctors or staff and policies, replies on WhatsApp in English or Hindi within seconds, and remembers each conversation.
Your front desk answers the same questions all day: timings, fees, location, "is the doctor available tomorrow?". After hours, those questions go unanswered and the patient or customer books somewhere else. An AI receptionist answers them instantly on WhatsApp, books the slot in your calendar, sends the reminder, and passes anything unusual to a person. Most Indian customers already prefer WhatsApp to calling, so that is where I start. Phone answering with a voice AI can be added once the WhatsApp side works.
An AI that knows your services, fees, timings, doctors or staff and policies, replies on WhatsApp in English or Hindi within seconds, and remembers each conversation.
Customers pick a free slot in the chat. The booking goes into Google Calendar or your booking system, and cancellations free the slot automatically.
Reminders the day before and on the day, a follow-up for missed appointments, and a review request after the visit.
Anything medical, a complaint, or a question the AI isn't sure about goes to your staff with the full chat, so nobody has to ask twice.

Fixed-scope packages with prices from ₹15,000. After a free call you get a fixed written quote for your exact setup, so the price doesn't creep up mid-project. Prices are in INR, taxes extra if applicable. Outside India? Same packages, quoted in USD.

These go to your own accounts, not to me, so you own the system and can see every rupee. A typical self-hosted small-business setup runs about ₹1,200 a month before any message fees.

You tell me what you answer, send or copy-paste by hand every day. I tell you what is worth automating, and what isn't.
Scope, price, timeline and running costs in writing, so you know the total before anything is built.
Server, WhatsApp number and n8n all sit in accounts you own. You see a working demo before handover.
A walkthrough, a short how-to doc, backups switched on, and fixes for anything that breaks in the first 30 days. The care plan is optional after that.
These are the problems that came up on real projects, and the ones I plan for before writing code.
The AI answers only from your approved information and hands over anything medical, legal or uncertain instead of guessing.
Works with the WhatsApp number, calendar and staff you already have. Your receptionist gets fewer repeat questions, not a new system to learn.
Runs in accounts you own, keeps only what the booking needs, and doesn't send health details to tools that don't need them.
Server, WhatsApp and AI usage are billed to your own accounts, so you know the monthly cost before going live.
A good fit for clinics, dental and diagnostic centres, salons, coaching institutes and service businesses that get dozens of repeat questions and booking requests a day, many after hours.
Not a fit if you want an AI to give medical advice or to cold-call people who never enquired. I don't build either.
Software that does the front desk's repeat work: answers common questions, books, reschedules and confirms appointments, sends reminders, and passes anything else to a person. It works on WhatsApp, and on phone calls with a voice AI.
Yes, as an add-on. A voice AI can pick up calls, answer common questions and book slots, with a transfer to your staff. Voice is quoted after a call because call volume and telephony costs vary a lot. Most businesses start with WhatsApp, which is cheaper and what customers already use.
The Business package covers an AI receptionist on WhatsApp: the AI reply bot, bookings, reminders and handover. Custom adds the official API with templates, several workflows and reports.
It answers only administrative questions from information you approve: timings, fees, doctors, location and bookings. Anything clinical goes to your staff. Data stays in accounts you own.
A typical setup runs about ₹1,200 a month for the server and backups, plus a few hundred rupees of AI usage and Meta's WhatsApp message fees for reminders, starting at ₹0.115 each.
