Staying within WhatsApp's rules
Messages go only to people who enquired. First-contact and follow-up messages use approved templates on the official API, so your number isn't banned for cold blasting.
Leads that belong to the business
Every conversation is logged centrally. When a salesperson leaves, their leads and chat history stay with you.
Bots that sound like a person

Is it a fit?
A good fit for brokers, channel partners and builders who get 10 or more leads a day from portals and ads, and lose some because nobody replies fast enough.
Not a fit if you want to blast messages to bought databases of property buyers. That gets numbers banned within days, so I don't build it.

Real estate WhatsApp automation FAQ
Can it reply to leads from 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing?
Yes, as long as the portal sends leads by email, webhook or a CRM integration. n8n reads the lead the moment it arrives and sends the first WhatsApp message automatically.
Will WhatsApp ban my number for messaging leads?
Not when the person enquired with you and the first message uses an approved template on the official API. Bans come from messaging people who never asked to hear from you.
How much does each WhatsApp message to a lead cost?
Replies within 24 hours of the lead messaging you are free. Template messages you start yourself cost ₹0.115 (utility) or about ₹0.86 (marketing) each, plus GST, on Meta's official API.
Can my whole sales team use it?
Yes. Leads can be assigned round-robin or by project, each salesperson gets their leads on WhatsApp, and you see the full pipeline in one sheet or CRM.
