Order and shipping updates
Order confirmed, shipped with tracking link, out for delivery and delivered, triggered by Shopify or WooCommerce webhooks and your courier's status updates.
Indian shoppers expect order updates on WhatsApp, not email. COD orders that nobody confirms turn into RTO losses, and "where is my order?" questions eat your support time. I connect your store to WhatsApp through n8n, so confirmations, shipping updates and cart reminders go out on their own, and you pay Meta's rates directly instead of an app's markup.
Order confirmed, shipped with tracking link, out for delivery and delivered, triggered by Shopify or WooCommerce webhooks and your courier's status updates.
Every cash-on-delivery order gets a WhatsApp message asking the buyer to confirm. Unconfirmed orders are flagged before you ship them, cutting fake orders and RTO.
A reminder with the cart link an hour after checkout is abandoned, sent only to buyers who opted in, with an optional follow-up the next day.
Customers type their order number and get the live status, return policy or exchange steps instantly. Anything else goes to your team's inbox.

Fixed-scope packages with prices from ₹15,000. After a free call you get a fixed written quote for your exact setup, so the price doesn't creep up mid-project. Prices are in INR, taxes extra if applicable. Outside India? Same packages, quoted in USD.

These go to your own accounts, not to me, so you own the system and can see every rupee. A typical self-hosted small-business setup runs about ₹1,200 a month before any message fees.

You tell me what you answer, send or copy-paste by hand every day. I tell you what is worth automating, and what isn't.
Scope, price, timeline and running costs in writing, so you know the total before anything is built.
Server, WhatsApp number and n8n all sit in accounts you own. You see a working demo before handover.
A walkthrough, a short how-to doc, backups switched on, and fixes for anything that breaks in the first 30 days. The care plan is optional after that.
These are the problems that came up on real projects, and the ones I plan for before writing code.
Order and shipping updates go out as utility templates at ₹0.115 each. Cart reminders are marketing messages at about ₹0.86, so they only go to buyers who opted in.
Shopify WhatsApp apps often add a monthly fee and a per-message markup on top of Meta's price. With n8n on the official API you pay Meta's rate and a small server, nothing else.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Shiprocket, Razorpay and Google Sheets connect through n8n. Your team keeps using the tools it knows.
Queued sending and failure alerts, so a sale with hundreds of orders an hour doesn't drop confirmations or trip WhatsApp's rate limits.
A good fit for D2C brands and online stores shipping 30 or more orders a day, especially with a high share of COD orders or lots of order-status questions.
Not a fit if you want to broadcast offers to bought contact lists, or if you send only a handful of orders a week. A Shopify app's free tier will do the job for that.
On Meta's official API, an order update is a utility message at ₹0.115 plus GST. 3,000 orders with two updates each cost about ₹815 a month, plus a small n8n server. If the customer messaged you in the last 24 hours, the update is free.
It filters out fake and impulse COD orders before you pay for shipping. Orders that aren't confirmed can be held, called, or converted to prepaid with a payment link.
Apps are quick to start but charge a monthly fee plus a markup on every message, and they stop at what the app supports. n8n costs you Meta's rate and can connect anything, like your courier, payment gateway and Google Sheets. If an app fits you better, I'll say so on the call.
Yes. Any store that sends webhooks or has an API works: WooCommerce, Shopify, Dukaan, custom stores, and marketplaces through their seller APIs.
